SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via EMS. Please allow 3 to 7 days for dispatch. Items are carefully packed using cardboard boxes with newspaper padding.
Return Policy
Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if you wish to request a return.
Returns are only accepted in cases of product defects.
If an item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
To exchange an item, kindly return the defective product to us. Once confirmed, we will promptly ship a replacement.
